How We Work
We keep things simple so you can get on the road faster.
Reserve
Begin by making a reservation for the rental car. You can do this online or by phone. Make sure to provide your personal information, including your legal name, driver's license number, and payment details.
Pick Up
On the day of the rental, go to the rental location to pick up the car. Make sure to bring your driver's license and any other required documentation, such as proof of insurance. You will also need to provide a credit card or other payment method to cover the rental charges and any additional fees upon booking.
Inspection
Inspections of the rental car will be executed. This will include a thorough examination and photographic evidence for any existing damages prior to rentals as well as after. Both internal or external damages will be documented. Note any issues on the rental agreement form and take pictures if possible. This will help protect you from being charged for damage that you didn't cause.
Drive
Drive the rental car according to the rental agreement, including any restrictions on mileage, destinations, or additional drivers. Make sure to obey traffic laws and keep the car in the good condition in which it was purchased.
Return
When you are done with the rental, return the car to the rental location at the agreed-upon time. Make sure to fill up the gas tank and remove any personal belongings. The rental company will inspect the car for any new damage and may charge you for repairs if necessary.
Payment
Pay any outstanding charges, including the rental fee, and any additional fees or penalties. Make sure to get a receipt and review the final bill for accuracy.

Requirements
To rent a vehicle from Sebzotic, customers must have a valid driver's license, a credit card in their name, and be at least 21 years old (or 25 years old for certain high-end or luxury vehicles)
Rates
Rates vary depending on the type of vehicle, the rental period, and other factors. Rates typically include a set number of miles per day (additional mileage charges may apply)
Reservations
Reservation can be made in advance by phone, email or through the company's website. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Insurance
Rental vehicles should be returned to Sebzotic in the same condition as when they were rented. Late returns may be subject to additional charges. Customers may also be charged for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear.
Rental Period
Rental periods are typically in 24-hour increments. Customers may extend their rental period if the vehicle is available.
Refunds
We offer refunds for rental fees if the rental is canceled within a certain time frame before the rental period begins. See ‘Prepaid rentals’ for additional information. Refunds may also be offered if the company is unable to provide the requested vehicle.
Prepaid Rentals
No-shows are charged full price of rental if you do not cancel your reservation prior to the pick-up time. Fee is $100 if you cancel within 24 hours of pickup. Fee is $50 if you cancel within 48 hours before pickup. There will be no cancellation charge beyond 48 hours of your reservation.
Returns
Rental vehicles should be returned in the same condition as when they were rented. Late returns passed an hour of the designated return time will be subject to a $25 per hour late fee. Customers may also be charged for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear.
